Apprentice Management

As an FJAA, we look after the apprentice on your behalf. They will be employed by us for the duration of their apprenticeship, meaning we manage contracts and payroll so you don’t have to.

We work with training providers to create a digital account for apprentices, supporting with the onboarding, mentoring and management throughout their apprenticeship.
